product is simple and reliable. At 500 amps it
provides a highway capable speed, without
undue stress on your batteries, motor, and
running gear. You might say it protests you from
yourself. We could offer our conversions with a
1000 amp controller, but your brakes would not
last as long and your batteries will not last as
long. We designed our conversions to be a
balance between performance and range. With a
1000 amp controller, you can not get as good a
range, but you do go faster, and so will your
batteries. Speaking of batteries...

Safety:
All of the batteries are contained in vented
polypropylene boxes, to protect you and the
vehicle. Vent fans come on automatically when
charging, and intake scoops vent and cool the
batteries when the vehicle is in motion. Clear
polycarbonate tops allow for inspection while
maintaining a bullet-proof enclosure. Four
wheel disc brakes, while not absolutely
necessary, give you the extra margin of safety. A
heavy duty anti-sway bar does the same, it
provides an additional degree of safety you don't
get from the others.
