The heater is not adversely affected by deep water crossings, and is
the most reliable heater for the Side-by-Side ATV on the market
today.
Designed to be fail proof, with no coolant connections to leak or

Just pull a lever and have warm air delivered through the dash. No
plumbing, No electrical connections, No bulky boxes under the dash.
Our heat system uses hot air from the radiator and delivers it to the
passenger area. Simply pushing or pulling a lever turns the heat on
or off. Includes heat box, 5 foot control cable, 4 feet of vent hose, one
3" flush mount vent, hose clamps, mounting hardware, instructions
with pictures, and FREE shipping.**
The Heat Box requires a space 8" tall, by 9" wide, and 6" deep directly
behind the radiator. We supply parts for mounting, but your
application may require additional mounting components. This is a
universal unit, but it may not fit all applications. It is the purchaser's
responsibility to judge weather or not there is the necessary space,
and that they possess the skills necessary to decide the best mounting

Thank you for your interest in our Universal Heat System. Our system is unique in that it takes hot air from
the radiator and delivers it to the passenger area. Other systems either use an electric heating element or
coolant to transfer the heat to the passenger area. The type which I feel works the poorest and gives you the
most liability is the electric. They draw a lot of current, put strain on your battery and charging system, and
worst case scenario can leave you stranded. They also do not produce much heat. The coolant/heater core
type work well, but have some draw backs. One is that you are tapping into the ATV's cooling system, adding
additional coolant lines and connections. Each additional connection has the potential to leak. Both the
electric and coolant types can affect the reliability of the ATV (coolant leaks, battery drain). Depending on
the type of riding you do, this could be an important factor. Our system was designed for the off-roader who
does not want to decrease the reliability of the ATV. Taking hot air that passes through the radiator and
channeling it to the passenger area does not in any way decrease the reliability of the ATV. It takes up less
room than the other types, is easier to install than the coolant type, and will not run down your battery. There
are only two moving parts. You simply pull a lever on the dash and heat is channeled to a vent under the
dash. Push the lever in and the hot air simply flows as it would if you had no heater. Our units do not affect
the cooling capacity of the radiator. We have tens of thousands of miles logged on test vehicles without a
single failure.* As a matter of fact, the prototype is still in use today.* If you want a simple, reliable, heater
for your ATV, then I believe ours is the best choice.
