Well here they go again. As a thank you for reviewing the website, van Wyhe's Custom Engraving is giving away an engraved pen. Last year they made changes to the site based on your feedback and again would like your comments on the changes. This is an engraving business not a web design business, so your assistance is needed and appreciated. The website is designed and maintained in-house and they are looking for honest feedback to keep improving the site. The pen offer is a thank you for your time and comments. Unlike last years offer, this year you are asked to cover the shipping and handling costs to receive the free pen. I know it cost them a fortune last year to send all the pens, not to mention the cost of the pens and the labor to engrave them. I told them they would be better off hiring a professional web design company, at least cheaper. But nobody listens to a dragon.
