Sorry folks, the free pen offer has expired.  They started the offer at the first of the year as part of their 20th Anniversary celebration.  They gave away alot of pens between the first of the year and the middle of August.  As soon as the manufacturer gets caught up they will be offering a Free Engraved Pen with every purchase of the Weather Rope.  The pens have been so popular that I didn't even get one.  I understand that there will be additional Specials between now and the end of the year as their 20th Anniversy Celebration continues.
